Animator, Illustrator and Photographer Simon Smith was born in the West Midlands, 1982 and this is generally seen as a positive move. He earned an award for his photography at Warwickshire College and a 2.1 BA Degree for 2D Classical Animation at Lincoln University. Aside from illustration commissions, he is a regular contributor to the Slackvideo Film Festival and was recently a finalist in TGSNT competition (2006).
